In our daily life, we loosely use the words “problems” and “challenges” to talk about or explain different situations. “Oh I have this problem or that problem” or “Oh this friend of mine is facing so many challenges in life”.
Is a problem and a challenge the same? If not, what’s the difference between them?
So people usually believe that if there is a situation in life which they can handle or deal with, it’s a challenge that they can overcome. But if they believe that this cannot be managed by them, it’s a problem and most likely a big one.
Honestly, there is no difference between the two. The difference is in our mindset, it’s in our own heads and whether it is a challenge, a problem, something else or nothing at all depends on what life state we are in when that situation arises.
If we are in a life state which is filled with faith, positivity and wisdom, then we feel that the situation is just a minor obstacle which can be easily overcome. All our energy is focused on finding a solution and resolving that situation. However, if our life state is that of negativity, depression or feeling low, the same situation will suck all our energy and make us feel that this is the biggest problem of our life which will be impossible to resolve.
There is only one way to confront a situation head-on with confidence and that is chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. The more you chant and the louder you chant, you will feel your life energy changing and your life state brimming with peace, calm and positivity.
This will surely help you deal with any situation. It has surely worked for me and many others. Try it once and you will understand what I mean. I assure you there is no harm, in fact it will only benefit not just you but your environment and the people around you too.
