Given our lifestyle today whether we are in corporate life, an entrepreneur, a student, or a homemaker, we read a lot of motivational books, quotes, see videos and reels on affirmations to help us stay sane and cope with this fast-changing life.
While we do a lot of superficial things, are we really focusing on our personal development or our inner transformation? We read so many books on How To Be Happy but have we really thought of what makes us happy?
Let’s do a small experiment.
Take a glass of water and imagine that is your life. It looks great – absolutely clean and clear right? Now take a spoon and stir that glass of water and you will see some particles and some sediment at the bottom of the glass. These could be your challenges – health, financial, relationship, or any other difficulties.
Now will you blame the spoon for showing you that dirt in the glass of water or will you have gratitude towards the spoon for showing you the tendencies or what we all know as karma that you need to work on and change to actually be happy?
The choice to be happy or not is entirely on you. Whether you are spiritual or not, sit down once and analyze how age-old wisdom can help you turn up the volume on the good stuff in your mind, discover what you really want from life and remove the blockages that stop you achieving the breakthroughs you deserve. You might even help change the world along the way…
What say? Wanna give it a try?
